Spent the past weekend in New York City, specifically Manhattan, exploring and poking around –you know, touristy-type things. Not all of the photos are winners, but they do tell a story about how much I walked in 48 hours. Here are a few, the rest are in my Flickr set. The first photos were from Mulberry Street. I can not recommend Ferrara’s, on Grand Street, enough.
Prerequisite Empire State Building shot.
The infamous Flatiron Building.
Bird vomiting in another birds mouth in Madison Square Park.
No! Don’t jump! You have so much left to oxidize for!
The Chrysler Building (which I happen to prefer over the Empire State Building).
The Brooklyn Bridge.
Self portrait of a Times Square tourist.
The Bow Bridge in Central Park. One of “The Most Photographed Bridges.” –I am all about originality.
The damaged statues in the Metropolitan Museum of Art have a certain sinister quality to them…
